Don't know if are about Iowans but two that were also filmed here are
Children of the Corn and Twister
#wonsun
thanxs no.1 son;;;
always leave something out to catch someone's attention
.some more from the '40's & 50's did unintentionally forget twister will add it
heard children of the corn was filmed in nebraska but talked about ioway
IMDB has Children of the corn filmed at
Hornick, Iowa
Salix, Iowa
Sioux City, Iowa
Whiting, Iowa
Twister had scenes from Ames, IA as well as:
Boone, Iowa
Eldora, Iowa
Rippey, Iowa
Whitten, Iowa
Also I saw an independent film called Iowa but have never saw it myself.
#1 sonofthesun
eye stand kornfield korrected
kan't argue with imdb
there are a half dozen more films about ioway
but filmed in the 30's-40's
& not much demand for 'em
besides not on dvd
always a delight to get feedback
